Job Title: Sector Manager
Reports to: Head of O&G APAC

Job Purpose:
The Sector Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and executing growth initiatives within the Oil and Gas sector in the APAC region. This position involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on management to ensure the delivery of targets and long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy for the assigned sector while achieving sales targets.
- Account Development: Create and execute account development plans to foster long-term growth and enhance profitability.
- P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss for the sector, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Customer Engagement: Directly manage customer relationships and support sales teams to enhance customer penetration and profitability across the product portfolio.
- Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and transparency across accounts.
- Channel Management: Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic excellence across various sales channels.
- Market Analysis: Provide insights to the Commercial function and work with Engineering teams on product roadmap and pricing strategies.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the regional voice of the customer, driving excellent relationships through effective team leadership.
- Sales Support Leadership: Collaborate with various teams to allocate resources effectively and support sales initiatives.
- People Management: Lead and develop sales teams, ensuring alignment with Rotork’s vision and performance objectives.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the annual budget and growth plans in collaboration with finance.
- Project Oversight: Supervise new product introductions and manage project pipelines.
