This Field Sales Representative role is entirely field-based and involves face-to-face interactions. You’ll meet with business owners, gain insight into their operations, and recommend solutions that genuinely assist them in managing and growing their enterprises.
No prior experience in payments is required. If you have a background in a customer-facing role, can quickly establish rapport, solve problems effectively, and are driven to succeed, you can excel as a Field Sales Representative with us.
Earning Potential
Your efforts directly influence your income.
- Average upfront value per business: ~£500
- Earn 50% upfront commission per sign-up
- Receive 25% recurring income from each business for up to 5 years
- Approximately 75% of a customer’s total value is received in the first year
- Additional commission on hardware sales (card machines, POS systems, etc.)
