Mission
In the role of Senior Account Director with a specialized focus on Influencer Marketing, you will serve as the principal liaison for clients while leading the account team. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic vision, executing campaigns, and ensuring the financial health of the accounts. This role demands close collaboration with strategy, creative, and data teams to achieve impactful results. You will also oversee workload management, facilitate interdepartmental projects, and enhance team efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Guide and mentor account and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Encourage collaboration, provide ongoing feedback, and promote professional growth.
Manage workload distribution to ensure optimal workflow processes.
Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Align campaign deliverables with client expectations, providing strategic guidance and constructive feedback.
Strategic Oversight
Lead the strategic direction for campaigns, working closely with strategy, creative, and data teams.
Ensure alignment of campaigns with client KPIs, delivering measurable outcomes.
Review proposals with Account Supervisors, offering insights and ensuring strategic alignment.
Financial Management
Oversee budgets, profit and loss statements, and cost estimates to maintain financial health across accounts.
Effectively allocate resources to meet financial performance objectives.
Business Development
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and spearhead pitches for new business.
Build and sustain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
