The Commercial division plays a crucial role in selling and supporting clients throughout their purchasing journey of BigDataCorp's products and services. The Sales team is dedicated to helping clients solve their business challenges through our offerings, thus driving revenue for the company.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts effectively;
- Develop and enhance client accounts under your management;
- Act as the primary contact for clients;
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs;
- Address issues and manage complaints promptly and effectively;
- Identify potential new clients;
- Stay informed about new product features and launches;
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience in customer service;
- Proven professional experience as an Account Executive;
- Ability to understand client needs and enhance their engagement;
- Understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
