Your Role: Senior Account Executive
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Account Executive to collaborate closely with our Head of Sales. In this pivotal position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on the significance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity.
Your main responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships within a designated industry sector, demonstrating the value of avomind’s capabilities, and developing mutually beneficial commercial frameworks with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and own growth strategies specific to your vertical, such as FMCG or Media & Entertainment.
- Represent avomind to marketing and insights decision-makers.
- Acquire new customers by providing expert advice on relevant Market Research methodologies, utilizing our platform and methodologies.
- Scope and qualify client requirements for both new and ongoing projects.
- Act as the voice of our Media/Entertainment clients, staying attuned to their challenges, competition, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust professional network.
- Identify partnership opportunities within the industry to enhance avomind’s position as a research partner.
- Represent avomind at trade fairs and public speaking engagements to expand your network and leverage existing contacts to drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Marketing Teams to maximize growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B Sales within the Market Research industry.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from pre-sales to closing.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
- Based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg.
- A strong network within the Media/Entertainment or FMCG sectors is a significant advantage.
- An empathetic approach, with an innate ability to understand the needs of others.
