As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission. You will focus on expanding our customer base, nurturing the sales pipeline, and meeting individual sales goals. Additionally, you will cultivate customer and strategic relationships to bolster Evolv’s presence across various vertical markets. We seek a dynamic sales professional who excels in revenue generation, market awareness, prospect qualification, sales process management, and deal closure.
Your Impact: Key Performance Outcomes for the First 6-12 Months
Within 30 Days:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of Evolv’s products and effectively communicate their value across diverse customer segments.
- Establish strong relationships with key internal teams (Business Development Representatives, Channel Executives, Pre-Sales, and Deployment teams) and external partners (Channel Partners and Top Accounts).
- Familiarize yourself with Evolv’s sales and MEDDPICC process.
Within 90 Days:
- Develop a strategic approach for engaging top accounts in your region, partnering with the Business Development team to stimulate new market engagement.
- Implement ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships with channel partners, aiming to generate new opportunities with monthly benchmarks.
Within 6 Months:
- Drive new opportunities, effectively qualify leads, and identify deal blockers to facilitate sales progression.
- Grow key Tier 1 accounts and generate 10 new opportunities each month.
- Provide consistent and accurate sales forecasts, ensuring accountability for deal progression, evaluated on forecast accuracy and pipeline movement.
- Identify and understand deal blockers to expedite opportunities: you will be assessed based on sales stage duration and expected to devise strategies for progression.
- Begin closing sales independently to meet your assigned quota.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Devise and execute a strategic territory plan to surpass sales quotas.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Engineers, Business Development, Field Marketing, Channel Management) to nurture and close business deals.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
