We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a proven background in selling enterprise SaaS analytics platforms to advertisers, particularly in the mobile sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with complex sales processes and thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. Your role will involve nurturing existing client relationships and promoting AppsFlyer as the go-to authority in attribution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consistently driving revenue growth and retention across existing clients in various sectors, including enterprise.
- Establishing executive-level relationships and conducting meetings with business and technology executives, proactively selling across multiple organizational levels.
- Maintaining high client retention rates.
- Delivering accurate sales forecasts for reporting purposes.
- Assessing customer needs to identify upsell opportunities.
- Leading strategic discussions with businesses of all sizes to expand revenue.
- Building a reputation as a trusted advisor among key accounts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align client objectives and enhance account growth.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with over 2 years in B2B SaaS sales targeting Chinese companies.
- Strong network and connections with key clients across various industries.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting quota targets.
- Expert in managing intricate and competitive sales cycles with a solid business acumen.
- In-depth understanding of the digital and mobile marketing ecosystem, with the ability to translate technology into customer value.
- Adept at building and sustaining relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Enthusiastic about learning and mastering our technology comprehensively.
- Collaborative, solution-focused, and possessing a positive, resilient attitude.
- Exhibits a growth mindset and high professionalism.
- Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
