As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a vital catalyst for business growth. Your expertise will be essential in forging strategic partnerships aimed at maximizing revenue, enhancing partner profitability, and delivering an outstanding user experience. You will autonomously manage your portfolio while collaborating with various cross-functional teams to achieve remarkable results.
YOUR JOURNEY
- Establish and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with Glovo’s partners, prioritizing long-term collaboration and sustainable business growth.
- Identify and address partner needs, challenges, and opportunities, delivering customized solutions that elevate performance.
- Analyze partner data to craft and implement tailored strategies for revenue enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Negotiate contractual terms, covering commissions, promotional initiatives, and exclusivity agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech) to tackle challenges, promote initiatives, and streamline processes.
- Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), such as GMV growth, operational performance, and user satisfaction, using reporting tools for informed decision-making.
- Create and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to ensure alignment on shared objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Engage proactively with churned or inactive partners, implementing effective strategies for re-engagement and retention.
