Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities:
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts.
- Manage and enhance existing accounts to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored conveyor solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and service to customers post-sale.
- Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation through to closing and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer information using our CRM system.
- Monitor and report on sales progress and overall performance.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Engage in industry trade shows and events.
- Comprehend the specific needs of various industries utilizing conveyor systems.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, cost estimating, and program management.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the sales process.
