Job Overview
We are in search of a Senior Account Manager who brings over 5 years of experience from a US-based marketing agency. This client-facing role is focused on revenue generation, managing critical accounts, overseeing campaign performance, and fostering sustained client growth.
As the key liaison between clients and our internal teams, you will ensure that campaigns are executed successfully while also spotting opportunities to broaden service offerings and enhance account value.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of marketing agency clients to ensure high levels of retention and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Manage campaign execution across various channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media).
- Evaluate campaign performance and deliver insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional services, increased ad spend).
- Work closely with internal teams (PPC, SEO, creative, content) to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
- Conduct regular strategy calls, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and performance updates.
- Monitor client KPIs, revenue growth, and overall account health utilizing CRM and analytics tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Account Management within a US marketing or digital agency environment.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRO).
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts with US-based businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of revenue growth and client retention.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with US clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting tools.
- Able to convert marketing data into clear, actionable insights.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
