About the Account Management Team
The Account Management team manages approximately 25% of Mixpanel's global Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across our EMEA customer base. Our focus is on customer retention and growth, ensuring seamless onboarding, maximizing the value customers derive from Mixpanel’s features, driving product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities.
We have cultivated a strong community of practice in collaboration with the Customer Success team, both regionally in EMEA and globally. While individual targets are essential, we prioritize a supportive team culture that values knowledge sharing and mutual success.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with Mixpanel's clients in the UK and select markets such as France, Benelux, and the Nordics, driving long-term customer success and maximizing revenue within your portfolio. Mixpanel Account Managers possess a deep understanding of our product and are adept at uncovering new value opportunities for our clients.
