Senior Account Manager, CPG Strategic Partnerships

The Role
In the capacity of Senior Account Manager within our new FMCG Strategic Partnerships team, you will oversee the daily interaction and spearhead the joint business strategy with Deliveroo's prominent advertisers in the Beverages and Beer, Wine, and Spirits categories. Your expertise in the Deliveroo platform will be instrumental in enhancing partner sales and optimizing their advertising investments. By collaborating across various departments, you will deliver invaluable category insights and establish yourself as a thought leader in on-demand delivery.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to analyze data, identify performance patterns, and generate actionable insights to support our partners' growth. You will manage multiple initiatives concurrently, liaising with key teams such as National Accounts (Grocery & Restaurants), Marketing, Operations, and Product.
As you engage with such significant advertising partners, you will encounter unique challenges that Deliveroo may face for the first time, helping to shape the future of our global interactions with top-tier partners.
Your Key Responsibilities
Directly manage the daily relationship for a select group of our highest priority strategic accounts (approximately 2-3) within the Beverages and BWS categories.
Lead negotiations and long-term account strategy/joint business planning processes, in collaboration with your Client Partner.
Drive partner growth and deliver additional advertising revenue through proactive reporting, regular meetings, analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
