In this role, you will partner closely with our State and Local Government account team, assisting both new and existing clients in optimizing the use of Esri technology, discovering new growth opportunities, and delivering expert guidance to fulfill their missions. Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Develop and implement location strategies for large, complex organizations. Create new opportunities within high-level accounts and enhance relationships. Participate in and present at trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
- Understand Our Customers: Showcase advanced industry knowledge relevant to GIS applications. Identify key stakeholders and business drivers within organizations to access executive decision-makers. Navigate complex customer budgeting and acquisition processes.
- Learn and Grow: Articulate the strength and value of Esri technology in relation to local government. Conduct research and pursue professional development to maintain competitive knowledge. Utilize innovative presentation skills to support visual storytelling.
- Deliver Results: Proactively manage account and sales processes for all opportunities to achieve revenue goals. Continually assess work contributions towards meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with Others: Lead account strategies through consistent collaboration with teams across Esri and its business partners. Demonstrate motivation and resourcefulness, taking initiative to resolve challenges.
