YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Account Manager, you will cultivate and strengthen partnerships with Nigeria's leading accounts. This unique role blends data analytics expertise with exceptional relationship management skills to drive sustainable growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES:
- Owning a comprehensive 360º view of the business with top partners and Glovo in Nigeria;
- Understanding partners’ objectives and challenges to provide valuable insights and support;
- Utilizing data to boost growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo;
- Defining and executing long-term strategies for growth, promotions, advertising, and operations;
- Enhancing Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiations and asset sales;
- Collaborating with various internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet partners' needs, including Operations, Marketing, Corporate, and Customer Service;
- Building strong relationships with top partners, converting them into preferred partners.
