YOUR ROLE
- Forge and maintain outstanding relationships with Glovo’s partners through proactive communication, understanding their requirements, and fostering engagement via meetings and business reviews.
- Regularly assess, monitor, and report on your portfolio and key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement actions to achieve your targets and align with company objectives (OKRs).
- Design and implement strategies to stimulate partner growth through negotiations on promotions, marketing initiatives, and optimizing menu performance (average order value, conversion rate, cross-selling, and upselling).
- Secure optimal content for Glovo by establishing preferred partnerships.
- Enhance Glovo's visibility through collaborative marketing efforts with partners utilizing marketing kits and merchandising.
- Boost Glovo's revenue through commission renegotiation and asset sales.
- Analyze, devise action plans, and follow up with churned and inactive partners.
- Enhance the operational efficiency of our partners by ensuring we consistently deliver top-notch service to our customers.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth, development, and impactful contributions.
