Job Description
As a Senior Account Manager at Jellyfish, you will report to the Account Director and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, fostering business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning Jellyfish's innovative solutions with client objectives while proactively identifying opportunities for expansion. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, refine client management practices, and nurture a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing client relationships, acting as the primary contact for Enterprise clients or as the lead for Scale accounts.
Identifying growth opportunities for new products, services, or initiatives, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
Delivering operational excellence through effective project management, timely deliverables, and monitoring client health metrics.
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best-in-class client management standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and promote a culture of innovation.
Maintaining accurate client records in Salesforce and producing well-structured briefs that align with client goals.
Staying abreast of industry trends and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, showcasing Jellyfish as a forward-thinking partner.
