YOUR MISSION:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Glovo Partners & Brands team. Your primary responsibility will be to foster and nurture strong relationships between our esteemed partners and our organization. You will engage with some of the most prestigious brands, stores, and restaurants in Sofia.
THE JOURNEY:
- Establish and sustain relationships with Glovo’s premier partners across the country through proactive communication, understanding their needs, and enhancing engagement via meetings and business reviews.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive partner growth through promotional negotiations, marketing initiatives, and menu performance metrics (such as selling items, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rates).
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new top-tier partners by equipping them with the necessary tools and information.
- Monitor and analyze partners' business performance, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustainable growth.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards for partners and utilize them to identify operational improvements.
- Collect feedback from partners and translate it into actionable improvements in product, marketing, and operations.
- Lead commercial renegotiations to establish strong partnerships with sustainable economic models.
- Assist in closing partner deals alongside the sales team leader when necessary.
- Collaborate actively with colleagues, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in a dynamic team that promotes your professional development by offering opportunities for rotations in various business areas (e.g., sales, qcommerce, etc.).
