As a Senior Media Planner at Mediabrands, you will play a pivotal role in steering our media planning initiatives. Your expertise will guide the preparation and presentation of comprehensive media plans and proposals, ensuring they are insightful and impactful.
In collaboration with a dynamic media planning team, you will leverage insights and experience to facilitate seamless media executions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft, articulate, and present integrated media plans and proposals that align with client objectives, going beyond mere expectations.
- Analyze and present evaluations of media opportunities, emerging trends, and relevant issues that matter to clients.
- Manage client expectations effectively concerning timelines and deliverables.
- Enhance your ability to navigate client conversations and expectations proactively.
- Stay informed about updates and insights from major media partners.
- Ensure adherence to the agency's core values, methodologies, and processes in all media plans.
- Regularly monitor and assess campaign performance against media plans.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners through reliability, responsibility, and resourcefulness.
- Lead the media buying process to achieve outstanding results.
- Oversee the administration and management of media buys.
- Support and mentor junior team members on tools and processes.
- Ensure client budgets are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Generate timely and accurate finance reports and budget control reports (BCRs) for clients.
- Contribute to the development of campaign post reports.
- Prepare media Point Of Views (POVs) and evaluations as needed.
- Source and assess proposals from media partners as required.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of the media landscape.
