Job Summary:

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in selling tailored enterprise IT solutions, particularly within the realms of Data, AI, and system integration.
The ideal candidate is commercially astute, relationship-focused, and well-versed in managing the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and bidding to project execution and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Revenue Ownership
- Oversee the entire account management process
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned enterprise clients
- Achieve or surpass revenue goals through new client acquisition and cross/upselling strategies
- Expand the footprint within designated accounts
- Create and maintain precise revenue forecasts
New Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities
- Strategically engage with CTOs, IT leaders, engineering managers, and technical decision-makers
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and comprehensive market research
- Establish robust executive relationships with business and financial decision-makers
Sales & Bidding Management
- Manage the bidding process in conjunction with the bidding team
- Ensure proposal accuracy and quality in bid submissions
- Negotiate and finalize small to mid-sized deals independently
- Assist the Account Director in securing large enterprise contracts
Client Relationship & Project Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor on data and technology solutions
- Comprehend client business models, data lifecycles, and transformation objectives
- Participate from project initiation to final approval
- Monitor client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within ongoing projects
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
- Conduct ongoing market analysis of client sectors and competitors
- Formulate comprehensive account development strategies encompassing revenue, risk, and opportunities
- Identify new business avenues aligned with client needs
- Engage in trade shows and technology events to foster pipeline development
Commercial & Administrative Management
- Utilize CRM systems to log activities, monitor pipeline, and generate sales reports
- Coordinate contract renewals and assist in collections
