Join our Solution Consulting team as a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant, where your expertise will play a vital role in shaping our future success. You will directly impact our revenue growth through the support of our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and our executive team, you will be a hands-on technical consultant who excels in delivering solutions and strategic positioning during sales cycles.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales as a crucial member of a client-facing sales team targeting various industry markets.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
- Build and nurture client partner relationships to foster long-term collaboration.
- Lead strategic initiatives in key accounts, such as customer journey sessions focused on roadmap development and outcome agreements.
- Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding potential product enhancements that could meet client needs and add value.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Remain informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies.
- Support marketing initiatives, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
