As a pivotal member of our ServiceNow.org Solution Consulting team in the Americas, you will significantly influence our trajectory by transforming work experiences utilizing ServiceNow’s AI + Data + Workflow Platform.
You will drive revenue for one of our key Technology Solutions while collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and our executive leadership. This role is designed for a hands-on technical consultant capable of delivering comprehensive solution positioning throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical and domain expert, supporting product sales with a client-facing sales team focused on the nonprofit sector.
Facilitate discovery workshops to identify and understand customer challenges.
Create and present customized demonstrations of ServiceNow's AI-driven solutions to align with customer requirements.
Develop and configure end-to-end demo flows that highlight AI-enhanced self-service, automation, and insights.
Establish and nurture partner relationships with clients.
Lead strategic initiatives in major accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome alignment.
Provide constructive feedback to product management regarding enhancements that address customer needs and deliver additional value.
Share knowledge and best practices with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitive analysis for differentiation.
Participate in marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
