About the Role
As a Senior AI Agent Architect at Parloa, you will be instrumental in designing and deploying AI-driven agents that revolutionize customer service. This customer-focused position involves collaborating with enterprise clients and partners to develop scalable, high-quality AI agent solutions.
You will work at the intersection of large language models (LLMs), conversational design, and enterprise systems—translating business needs into effective, production-ready AI workflows. From conceptualization to deployment and continuous refinement, you will ensure that our agents deliver reliable performance, seamless integration, and valuable outcomes.

Areas of Ownership
AI Agent Design & Implementation
Lead and implement AI agent deployments across enterprise customers and stakeholders.
Translate customer requirements into structured conversational workflows and solution designs.
Contribute to the design and validation of scalable agent architectures for practical applications.
Ensure that agents exhibit reliable and high-quality behavior aligned with user and business objectives.
Continuously refine workflows based on performance metrics and user feedback.
