About the role
- Take ownership and enhance the creative execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Design and produce top-tier video and static assets, including key visuals, motion graphics, thumbnails, end screens, hero assets, and both organic and paid media content.
- Emphasize the use of AI tools to generate assets efficiently, optimizing workflows for ideation, production, localization, and scaling.
- Utilize AI platforms to create all assets for paid and organic media, including hero and landing page assets, editing, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Prototype, present, and validate innovative creative formats driven by performance data, platform trends, and audience insights.
- Establish creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, documenting best practices and workflows.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and direction on both design skills and AI integration.
About you
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in digital design, motion graphics, video, and AI production, preferably in fast-paced or results-oriented settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects from concept to execution, leveraging AI tools for optimal asset results.
