Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Manager who will spearhead and cultivate a modern, AI-driven marketing function aimed at driving sustainable growth.
This role transcends conventional marketing leadership. You will be the architect of a data-centric, AI-enhanced growth function, tasked with designing systems, workflows, and campaigns that utilize automation, predictive analytics, and AI tools to expedite pipeline development and revenue generation.
You will assume the dual role of a strategic leader and a hands-on builder, overseeing the entire marketing spectrum—from brand positioning and performance marketing to lifecycle automation and AI-enabled experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Marketing Strategy & Execution
Craft and implement a scalable, AI-first marketing strategy that aligns with Sevaro’s growth ambitions.
Differentiate Sevaro within the competitive telehealth and health tech sectors.
Construct and refine a modern marketing stack that employs AI tools for predictive analytics, content creation, audience segmentation, and campaign automation.
Develop systems that facilitate rapid experimentation, iteration, and performance enhancement.
Leverage AI to improve personalization, targeting, and conversion rates across campaigns.
Growth, Pipeline & Revenue Generation
Collaborate with Business Development and Leadership to drive campaign systems, pipeline expansion, and revenue growth.
Design and implement multi-channel growth campaigns through inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing strategies.
