What You’ll Do:
If you are a dedicated AI and ML expert with a knack for developing advanced AI solutions for complex challenges, you will play a pivotal role in creating code that integrates smoothly into production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Iterating on AI model development, focusing on data requirements for training, architecture, input/output representations, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborating with fellow research engineers to prototype and validate sophisticated solutions based on academic literature.
- Conducting experiments to benchmark new techniques and assess model performance.
- Creating tools and frameworks to facilitate scalable and reproducible research and development.
- Effectively communicating research findings to leadership in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and identifying pertinent innovations.
- Assisting in the transition of research prototypes to production-ready systems.
