You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams, driving impactful interactions with potential and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include leading technical explorations, crafting advanced solutions, and effectively communicating the business benefits of our AI-driven cybersecurity platform to both technical and executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical sales discussions for high-stakes customer engagements, ensuring clarity and value.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and security leaders, gaining deep insights into their threat landscapes and technological environments.
Develop and present engaging technical demonstrations and proofs of concept that showcase the unique features of the 7AI platform.
Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to convert customer feedback into actionable product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
Customize solutions during the Proof of Value process to ensure enduring customer satisfaction and success.
Mentor and support junior Sales Engineers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
Represent 7AI at industry conferences, panels, and partner events as a technical expert.
Continuously enhance pre-sales processes, tools, and documentation to facilitate scalability.
