This is a temporary (contract) position with a flexible duration that may be extended or shortened based on operational needs.
As a Senior Aircraft Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for conducting thorough inspections, performing assembly, installation, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components and systems, as well as carrying out maintenance and refurbishments on aircraft. You will also be tasked with functional checks of various components.

Work Environment:
Located in Columbus, Mississippi, our facility serves as the Helicopter manufacturing and assembly hub and the Center of Excellence for North America. Here, we produce the UH-72A Lakota Helicopters for the U.S. Army, along with the H-125 aircraft for both civil and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Aircraft Inspections: 60%
- Conduct detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of aircraft parts and components.
- Perform operational checks on complete systems to ensure proper functioning of all components.
System Troubleshooting: 20%
- Diagnose malfunctions or failures in aircraft systems, including equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel systems, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizers, rotor systems, power plants, and engine controls.
Compliance: 20%
- Ensure all completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer specifications, and company standards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety and environmental regulations.
- Complete necessary forms and records related to assigned work.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engage in flight tests on aircraft and document work performed as required. Collaborate with customers for delivery, preparing for inspections and addressing any issues that arise.
