Senior Analytics Engineer, Finance

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing and maintaining robust data pipelines that drive finance reporting, transforming raw data into structured, reliable datasets using advanced tools such as dbt and Dagster.
Creating and automating financial reporting workflows to replace manual tasks with scalable, self-service solutions for accounting, FP&A, and capital markets teams.
Collaborating effectively with finance and engineering teams to convert business requirements into precise technical specifications while ensuring data integrity across platforms.
Leading data reconciliation initiatives among internal systems, external vendors, and the general ledger, identifying discrepancies, and implementing automated validation checks.
Creating and sustaining key financial metrics and dashboards that deliver ongoing insights into product and business performance.
Supporting capital markets initiatives by developing reliable processes for loan tape generation and lender reporting requirements.
Partnering cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to generate data-driven insights that enhance financial projections and guide strategic decisions.
Advocating for data quality and thorough documentation, ensuring that reporting solutions are accurate, dependable, and high-performing.
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Have:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Economics.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role; 4 years is preferred.
Proficient SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools.
