Team Mission
The Supply Analytics team plays a pivotal role in determining how GetYourGuide measures and expands the supply aspect of our marketplace. We address strategic inquiries that influence our business direction, such as identifying marketplace gaps, enhancing supplier success, and pinpointing product innovations that provide maximum value to our partners.
Our team establishes the analytics infrastructure, key performance indicators, and frameworks that inform decision-making across Product, Sales, and Operations. We translate intricate supply dynamics into actionable insights that guide resource allocation, product roadmaps, and business objectives—empowering over 50,000 suppliers to thrive on our platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Strategy Development: Cultivate a data-centric culture within our supply teams and guide strategy by addressing critical questions—determining which markets to enter, which suppliers to prioritize, and what product enhancements will most benefit our partners.
- Measurement Systems Creation: Develop metrics, frameworks, and foundational elements that enhance our understanding of the supplier lifecycle and experience.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and nurture a high-performing team that achieves technical excellence and collaborates as strategic partners.
- Executive-Level Influence: Convert complex analyses into clear, strategic recommendations that impact resource allocation, product roadmaps, and business priorities across the Supply organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to align analytics initiatives with business outcomes, balancing competing priorities while driving proactive, strategic insights.
- Hands-On Analytical Engagement: Maintain a curious mindset and engage directly in analytical tasks to generate insights that inform action and recommendations.
