The Opportunity:
As a key member of the Account Management team, your role will involve proactively nurturing our client relationships by developing and implementing tailored solutions to their vital supply chain challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business expansion in Asia. You will also play a crucial role in increasing our share of wallet with existing clients while identifying new targets in the Asia Pacific region.
You Will:
- Design and implement innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of our largest and most complex global Freight Forwarding clients.
- Drive growth across the entire Flexport service portfolio, including Air, Ocean, Trade Advisory, Customs, and PO Management.
- Collaborate with our teams in the US and Europe to uncover expansion opportunities within our existing accounts to enhance Flexport’s share of wallet.
- Engage cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Account Solutions, ProServe, Implementation, Legal, Industry SMEs, and Trade and Financial Services teams to develop and execute client strategies that deliver optimal outcomes.
- Establish alignment with executive-level customer contacts and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at some of the world's most prominent brands.
- Stay informed about the latest industry and supply chain developments to proactively educate and support clients through transitions.
