At Equity Methods, we collaborate with the accounting and HR executives at Fortune 500 companies and beyond, providing assistance in the design, valuation, and accounting of compensation programs and other financial instruments. Our projects draw from finance, accounting, economics, and data analytics, giving you the opportunity to gain experience in rigorous analysis, formulating and presenting recommendations to C-level executives, and data visualization.

The Role of Senior Associate at Equity Methods
In your role as Senior Associate, you will immediately apply your skills to client projects, gaining exposure to client communications, engagement structures, project deliverables, and our innovative processes designed to maximize client value. You will be on a fast track to becoming a Consultant, a role focused on client interaction, supervising associates, developing new client engagements, publishing, and more.
Senior Associates in the Financial Reporting Practice will:
- Undergo comprehensive training in financial reporting engagements, covering essential finance and accounting concepts, as well as the tools we utilize to establish controlled reporting processes (e.g., working in SAS).
- Design, implement, and document processes that proactively manage risks while integrating thoughtful control measures to ensure compliance with accounting standards, plan specifications, and client needs.
- Review deliverables and ensure successful client service outcomes. Contribute to the packaging and presentation of findings to clients. Identify and lead initiatives for process improvement.
- Engage in client delivery meetings and external audit review sessions, ensuring thorough and effective communication.
