About the Role:
jerry.ai is on the lookout for a Senior Associate, Business Operations to join our dynamic team! As we celebrate reaching profitability in early 2024, we have set ambitious goals — expanding from 5 million to 50 million customers and evolving into a $10 billion enterprise. In this pivotal role, you will champion data-driven strategies across the organization’s most critical initiatives, including carrier growth, product development from concept to launch, and more. As a member of the business operations & analytics team, you will utilize advanced machine learning models to conduct comprehensive analyses and derive insights that will inform our growth strategies.
At jerry.ai, we are developing the first super app designed to make car ownership affordable and accessible, encompassing insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more — a $2 trillion market in the U.S. Since launching with insurance in 2019, we have expanded our offerings to include loan refinancing, driving insights, repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. We have attracted over 5 million customers, secured $240 million in funding, scaled our revenue 60 times, and grown our team to 225 members across six countries.
