About the Role...
We are seeking a highly organized, product-focused individual to join our Creator team as a Creator Enablement Strategist. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the systems and processes that ensure creators have accurate and accessible information regarding our products. Collaborating with Creator Support, Product, Marketing, and the broader Creator team, you will update guides, identify knowledge gaps, develop scalable learning resources, and manage any bugs or friction points to resolution. This position is perfect for an early-career professional with excellent communication skills, strong product intuition, and a desire to gain hands-on experience in product management and marketing through creator-facing initiatives.
Your Impact in the Role:
- Act as the primary knowledge steward for the creator experience, ensuring all product information and troubleshooting resources are accurate and user-friendly.
- Work closely with Creator Support to translate recurring inquiries and trends into updates for our Creator Guide and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand upcoming releases, identify creator pain points, and ensure product changes are accurately reflected in all creator-facing materials.
- Engage with Marketing, particularly Product Marketing Managers, to support creator-facing launches and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
