ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Market Systems Development (MSD) Associate will be pivotal in designing and executing inclusive market systems initiatives aimed at enhancing economic resilience, promoting sustainable business growth, and fostering social cohesion among refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and local communities. This role involves translating research outcomes and market analyses into actionable MSD strategies and frameworks aligned with principles of systemic change and facilitation. Operating in challenging contexts, the Senior MSD Associate must possess robust expertise in market systems, private sector collaboration, and adaptive program management. Collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders, including private sector entities, financial institutions, community organizations, government bodies, and humanitarian partners, the Senior MSD Associate will enhance market access and facilitate sustainable service/product provision.
