We are currently in search of a Senior Associate to join our Human Resources team in India. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting HR operations for our global workforce spanning the US, Canada, and the UK. Your efforts will enhance employee experiences and cultivate a culture of engagement and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage HR dashboards and MIS reporting across diverse HR functions.
- Maintain HR master data and HRIS systems, generating insightful reports as required.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations across the US and Canada.
- Oversee expense reimbursement and offboarding processes efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to HR compliance and support HR operations including payroll and benefits.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement and foster transparent communication.
- Collaborate with the HR team to refine policies, programs, and practices.
- Engage in process automation and contribute to HR Excellence and automation projects.
- Undertake additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources with a robust focus on HR Analytics.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in data analysis utilizing Excel and Google tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create dashboards using Google Sheets and Power BI - essential.
- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms such as Zoho, Dayforce, and TriNet.
- Willingness to align work hours with US time zones.
- Experience in a remote work environment within global teams.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Project management skills.
- Personal attributes include being proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and maintaining a positive attitude.

- Experience in a global consulting environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones (US, Canada, UK, Spain, Mexico).
