HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Associate for our HR Standards and Excellence team, reporting directly to the Associate Director of People. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally in Canada and globally to enhance, streamline, and provide training on HR processes. You will have the opportunity to implement innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement for local HR teams, automate resources, and minimize manual work.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a global role primarily focused on Canada, with the potential to support other countries and markets based on project needs.
- Develop documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, process mapping, etc.) to ensure new HR processes are clearly documented for the Field HR team to follow consistent practices.
- Collaborate with various Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to create standard work training and incorporate it into the HR new hire training curriculum.
- Conduct audits of Standard Work to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Engage in HR Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews, collecting and presenting metrics, roll-ups, and trend analyses.
- Work with Tech teams to develop tools that facilitate process automation and enhance existing workflows to decrease manual tasks.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies, working with Centers of Excellence as necessary.
- Provide training support to employees across all levels.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as required.
