About the Role
Your role will be pivotal to our mission of simplifying lives across the region. As a member of the Care Analytics, Automation, and Project Management team, you will leverage data and technology to improve our service delivery to customers, captains, and partners. You'll be instrumental in building automation that minimizes effort and driving analytics that identify experience gaps, ultimately shaping impactful systems throughout the region.
This is a hands-on position, where you will program manage automation solutions, deliver data-driven insights, and oversee transformative projects. You will lead data-centric and AI-driven initiatives within Care, assist in automating workflows, optimizing performance, and managing projects that redefine how we serve our users, all while collaborating with a talented team dedicated to making a meaningful difference.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage the comprehensive automation program roadmap for Careem Care, including self-service flows, AI-driven triage, proactive notifications, and escalation automation.
- Collaborate with business and care leads across various verticals (Food, Quik, Pay, etc.) to analyze data and enhance contact strategies.
