Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete automation delivery cycle: intake, process mapping, solution design, build, testing, release, hypercare, and BAU handover/runbooks.Develop and sustain robust UiPath automations (both attended and unattended) applying production-grade engineering standards, including resilience, retries, idempotency, exception handling, monitoring, logging, and supportability.Utilize AI-enhanced automation through Gemini/LLM integrations when beneficial (e.g., extraction, classification, summarization, triage), ensuring controls, traceability, and appropriate human-in-the-loop design.Serve as the product owner for automation deliverables: manage an automation backlog, define acceptance criteria, prioritize deliveries, and track measurable benefits (time saved, risk mitigated, throughput enhanced).Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Treasury, and (when applicable) Legal/Compliance stakeholders to incorporate controls into workflows (approvals, evidence capture, audit trails, SoD).Establish and uphold continuous assurance/test automation for automation processes: automated regression checks, control validation routines, and operational health monitoring.Maintain documentation standards: solution design documents, SOPs/runbooks, release notes, evidence packs, and support procedures.Identify and address automation risks: breakpoints, failure modes, data quality issues, access/credential risks; escalate with clear options and trade-offs.
