Job Overview:
As a Senior Automotive Service Advisor at Christian Brothers Automotive, you will serve as a trusted resource for our customers, guiding them through their vehicle repair journey. Your role is essential in nurturing long-term relationships, as you are the welcoming face our clients see when they choose to invest in their vehicles.
In this position, you will support guests throughout the repair process, keeping them updated on their vehicle's status and ensuring exceptional service satisfaction before they leave our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to every guest with professionalism and respect
- Deliver clear and understandable repair recommendations
- Manage service workflow for optimal efficiency and technician productivity
- Promote necessary services with honesty and integrity
- Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
- Maintain professional communication both in-person and via phone
- Develop lasting relationships between yourself, the store, and our guests
- Engage in guest service initiatives
- Transport guests in a CBA-branded vehicle as needed
- Ensure all repairs are completed to high standards
- Collaborate with the team and assist colleagues when required
- Maintain accurate records of repair orders and uphold communication standards
- Ensure thorough completion of Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and appropriate follow-up
- Appropriately follow up on declined services
- Monitor vehicle count efficiency and contribute to weekly targets (~85+ vehicles per week)
- Support financial performance by managing parts/labor margins while achieving GP% goals
- Drive Average Repair Order (ARO) targets ($625+), Sales Success %, and maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 84%+
- Reinforce process discipline at the front counter
- Identify workflow or operational inefficiencies and propose enhancements
- Assist in training and mentoring junior advisors and support staff
- Lead by example with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity
