As a Senior Backend Engineer at Trust Wallet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users interact with Web3. This position offers an exciting opportunity to:
Develop high-impact backend systems that power a platform relied upon by over 200 million users worldwide.
Contribute to the advancement of self-custody technology, enabling individuals to securely own and expand their digital assets.
Design and scale cloud-native, microservice-based architectures that cater to a truly global user base.
Your Responsibilities
Feature Development: Own the development and optimization of backend features supporting our diverse platforms (extension, mobile, and desktop).
Infrastructure Management: Define and optimize how Trust Wallet runs and deploys backend services to millions of users.
System Maintainability: Establish monitoring systems to ensure high SLAs for developed features.
Team Culture: Collaborate with the team to cultivate a culture of excellence with every new hire.
Who You Are
With 5+ years of software engineering experience, you possess extensive knowledge of Go (3+ years for Mid-Level roles).
You have a proven track record in building microservice-based architectures.
You are experienced with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
You have strong knowledge of SQL databases.
You are adept at building systems from the ground up.
You have a solid understanding of containerization technologies.
