Exciting Opportunity - Senior Backend Engineer, NIRA
We are in search of a talented Senior Software Engineer to join NIRA’s dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the infrastructure strategy and product roadmap. This position offers a unique opportunity to make significant contributions to technical projects, fostering immense potential for career advancement.
This position is Hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in our Bangalore office.
Your Impact
Collaborate closely with the local NIRA Engineering team and partner with the broader APAC Engineering team to enhance our platform’s scalability.
Expand our platform to accommodate a variety of financial products and underlying instruments.
Iterate on credit policies and enhance credit decision-making systems.
Engage with product, credit/finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams to drive collaborative initiatives.
Your Qualifications
Proficient in Java (experience with .NET is a plus).
Proven experience in AWS environments, utilizing tools such as DynamoDB, Athena, and Lambda.
Experience in developing scalable technical solutions and enhancing platform scalability.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
