The Core Automation team envisions a future where AI-driven operations create seamless and delightful customer experiences while maximizing shareholder value. Our strategy is to 1) initiate automation in critical areas like Customer Support and Compliance using Agentic AI, 2) learn from these experiences to develop foundational tools and orchestration solutions for scalability, and 3) expand into various domains, enabling AI to enhance every aspect of customer interactions and internal processes.
