Position: Senior Bookkeeper (AU) (004 - 0365)
Work Schedule: Align with Australian business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) to facilitate collaboration.
Compensation: Competitive monthly salary ranging from 2,500 to 3,000 AUD.

Role Overview: As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be pivotal in overseeing daily financial operations, which include bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting. This role is suited for a seasoned professional who prioritizes accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in accounting practices. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to uphold financial data integrity, ensure timely reporting, and adhere to accounting standards. Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to process enhancements that support the company’s long-term financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete bookkeeping cycle, including reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger upkeep.
- Administer payroll processing in compliance with reporting requirements.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
- Prepare BAS, IAS, and other necessary regulatory submissions.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to address discrepancies and maintain precise records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
