About the job
Redefining how people live.
At Blueground, we envision a world where reliable living spaces empower mobility. We are pioneering the foremost platform for contemporary living.
With over 350 million people relocating annually between cities, the current housing solutions fall short of catering to this dynamic, mobile generation. Blueground is here to change that.
With a portfolio exceeding 40,000 homes worldwide, available for stays ranging from a few days to over a year, we are just at the beginning of our journey. Our rapid growth aims to redefine the concept of living and establish a new category in the market. Our competitive advantage lies in our robust proprietary technology, operational excellence, and a dedicated team that executes with speed and precision.
Our cultural foundation is built upon five core principles:
- Guests First – Every decision is rooted in enhancing their experience.
- Move Fast – We prioritize speed, momentum, and decisive action.
- Dive In – The magic resides in the details, and we explore them deeply.
- Embrace Change – Change is not a disruption; it is our pathway to growth.
- Keep It Honest – Transparency fosters progress and strengthens relationships.
If you’re eager to contribute to transformative work that reshapes living for the better, we would love to connect with you.
