About The Role
As our Senior Brand Designer, you will elevate Alchemy’s brand presence across digital channels, including web, social media, lifecycle, and sales enablement, while enhancing the standards of our design quality and consistency. You will collaborate closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Product Design teams to distill complex technical narratives into compelling visual communications. Additionally, you will streamline our processes by integrating modern AI-assisted creative workflows that can be easily adopted by the entire team.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver marketing materials across various channels, including blog graphics, social media posts, advertisements, landing page elements, one-pagers, templates, and collateral.
- Establish and uphold a systematic approach to maintaining brand consistency across outputs (templates, reusable components, and straightforward guidelines) to ensure quality keeps pace with volume.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and enhance project briefs, clarifying objectives, refining scopes, and improving initial inputs over time.
- Present thoughtful design options and rationale, showcasing 2-3 strong directions and providing insights into trade-offs.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or visual design, showcasing a strong foundation in static-first design principles (layout, typography, hierarchy, and systems thinking).
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across various brand assets, templates, hero images, sales decks, and social media campaign materials.
- Proven experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance creative output and the ability to communicate and teach these workflows to team members.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who asks insightful questions when faced with unclear requirements and does not rely on assumptions.
