The Opportunity:
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Designer to become part of our dynamic, award-winning creative team that is poised for growth. Your primary focus will be on developing brand identities, but you will also engage in diverse projects spanning print, digital, and experiential mediums. Reporting directly to the Creative Director of Design, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring at least one direct report while making your influence felt throughout the team. Collaborating with talented individuals across the agency and external partners, you will be accountable for driving the vision of your assigned brands, consistently delivering industry-leading design outcomes.
About You:
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer with a robust portfolio that showcases your strategic thinking and creative prowess. Your portfolio should include 3-5 comprehensive brand identity projects, featuring logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines that demonstrate your ability to tackle complex design challenges. Additionally, we would like to see evidence of your design process, from research and concept development to final execution. Strong communication skills to articulate your design decisions are essential.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience in a senior-level brand design role, preferably within an agency or highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for brand projects, from initial brief to final delivery.
- A passion and capability to produce award-winning work.
- Experience in facilitating or co-leading brand workshops, sprints, or co-creation sessions.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a strong portfolio of brand identity and integrated 360º campaigns.
- Experience in contributing to or managing design systems, brand guidelines, and similar projects.
