Your Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Brand Designer to become a vital member of our Design team—a multidisciplinary group of creatives, including product designers, brand designers, content designers, operations experts, and marketing strategists. Our mission is to establish a category-defining brand and significantly impact key business metrics by delivering exceptional creative work.
In this role, you will spearhead the advancement of Brex’s brand identity system, enhancing our visual language while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You will play a crucial role in defining our brand's presence, from developing new design patterns and brand expressions to reimagining our visual identity for the next phase of growth. This strategic and hands-on position will require close collaboration with Marketing leaders, Web and Product teams, and creative partners to ensure our brand identity is not only distinctive and scalable but also reflective of our ambitious goals. You are a systems thinker who can grasp the big picture while paying meticulous attention to the craft details that bring our brand to life.
Where You’ll Work
This role will be based in our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York office. We embrace a hybrid work environment that combines the energy and connections of in-office work with the flexibility and benefits of remote work.
