Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, you will be instrumental at this transformative time, having established a bold new brand foundation. We seek a creative innovator, someone who is not satisfied with just maintaining the status quo, but who possesses a restless curiosity and a challenger mindset to significantly enhance how the UK public perceives our brand.
As a key member of our evolving team, you will balance two essential roles. Internally, you will serve as our brand's strongest advocate, collaborating closely with various teams to integrate brand strategy into every aspect of our operations—from developing propositions to enhancing the overall employee experience. Externally, you will spearhead dynamic, through-the-line communications that resonate amidst the noise, transforming our brand narrative into must-see, impactful campaigns.
- Lead Disruptive Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of groundbreaking integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels that capture attention and drive widespread awareness.
- Advocate for Brand Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Proposition teams to ensure that our brand remains a core consideration in all new initiatives.
- Integrated Strategy Planning: Facilitate cross-functional planning efforts, working with experts in Earned Media, Customer, Digital, Partner, and Product Marketing to present a unified brand voice.
- Inspire Creative Partners: Guide our talented internal creative team and external media agency to deliver their best work, ensuring all outputs are strategically aligned and commercially successful.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Extend brand strategy beyond communications to ensure our narrative is consistent and distinctive throughout the customer journey.
- Evaluate Marketing Effectiveness: Partner with channel leads to optimize media and communication expenditures, utilizing real-time insights and post-campaign evaluations to ensure our efforts are effective and evolve over time.
- Encourage Agile Innovation: Promote a culture of active learning by identifying and scaling tactical opportunities for disruptive experiments.
