YOUR MISSION
Join us as a Senior Business Analyst for Glovo Morocco, playing a pivotal role in realizing our Revenue Business Plan and enhancing the country's market performance.
Your primary objective will be to unlock growth opportunities through data-driven commercial insights. Collaborating closely with the Head of Commercial and various stakeholders at both Headquarters and within the local team, you will help shape our Commercial strategy to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy & Data Optimization:
As a Senior Analyst on Commercial Projects at our Casablanca HQ, you will be an integral member of the Morocco commercial team, dedicated to maximizing partner value and operational efficiency through analytical initiatives. - Partner Ads & Promotions Strategy: Spearhead the strategy for Partner Ads and Promotions, including developing sales pipelines and optimizing conversion funnels. Focus on improving processes and tools for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data & Reporting: Consolidate, enhance, and maintain all tools and reports necessary to track key KPIs and manage partner investments in Partner Ads. Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership for strategy refinement.
- Commercial Project Support: Assist the Commercial team with various projects that leverage data and automation, such as Business Planning, partner P&L analysis, Account Manager portfolio management, and target setting.
- Product Enablement: Develop clear playbooks that outline the value proposition of our latest Ads products, distinguishing our offerings to ensure high relevance and conversion across diverse advertiser segments.
