YOUR MISSION
Become a pivotal member of Glovo's Partner Acquisition HQ team, leading the charge for global expansion in a dynamic, data-centric landscape. As a Senior Business Analyst focusing on Revenue, your primary responsibility will be critical to Glovo's success: Partner Performance during their initial onboarding phase.
You'll ensure that newly partnered entities quickly activate, secure their first orders, and achieve operational excellence from day one. This role necessitates collaboration across various functions including Sales, Partner Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to establish scalable processes that enhance partner performance and optimize revenue generation.
THE JOURNEY AWAITS
- Own and monitor Partner Performance KPIs across multiple markets, guaranteeing seamless execution of partner onboarding, order activation, and ongoing performance tracking.
- Collaborate with 22 local teams to implement go-to-market strategies for various initiatives, tools, and frameworks.
- Design and oversee KPIs related to partner performance within their first 30 days, focusing on metrics like uptime, time to first order, cancellations, and the first 15 orders.
- Develop automated workflows and dashboards to identify and proactively manage partners at risk.
- Assist sales, content, and account managers in ensuring new partners successfully go live and maintain activity.
